Kaze-no-Hiroba Plaza

Baramui Gwangjang is a rooftop garden on the 11th floor of the North Gate Building, attached directly to Osaka Station at the north end of Lucua Osaka. It looks down on Grand Front Osaka and Umekita Hiroba, and holds seasonal flower beds, a red wind sculpture, and benches. Hours run from 7:00 to 23:30, and access is by escalator from Shikou no Hiroba or Lucua. At night the place fills with people.
