Hep Five Ferris Wheel sits on the seventh floor of a commercial building in Umeda, Osaka, and looks down over the city. Inside the large red wheel, riders can view the night skyline and play music through a speaker. The wheel runs continuously without set departure times, and showing a QR ticket gives immediate entry. It operates until 10:45 p.m. Because the wheel is set between buildings, some angles from below are blocked by Lucua department store.
