At the far end of Hokkaido University in Sapporo, a row of large poplars lines a tree-lined path. A pond sits along the way, and the large trees continue one after another, forming a stretch of ordered nature. The path is blocked near the middle, and when heavy snow falls the connecting path disappears, so you should not go in. Because it is short, it is a brief stop on the way rather than a destination to seek out.
