Ramen Takumi

Ramen Takumi sits on a main street across from Okayama Station and Aeon Mall in Okayama. It serves takumi, shoyu, and shio ramen, with the takumi ramen as its main dish: a tonkotsu and Japanese-style broth topped with rare chashu, half a seasoned egg, menma, and green onion, using firm medium-thick noodles. Orders are placed by buying a meal ticket from the vending machine at the entrance. There are two- and four-person tables and counter seats, and the broth is on the salty side.
