Okinoshima Ramen

Okinoshima Ramen is a ramen shop in Okayama that builds its broth from shellfish. The shellfish broth is clear and light, the noodles are chewy, and chashu comes in the bowl. You order at a kiosk at the entrance, hand the order ticket to the owner, and then take a seat. Aside from extra chashu, there are no side dishes to add.
