Ramen Takumi

Ramen Takumi sits on the Sansute gate floor of Okayama Station and serves tonkotsu ramen and Okayama-style demikatsu donburi. The tonkotsu has a rich pork bone broth with medium-thick noodles and thick chashu, alongside yuzu salt ramen and hwangbuchu ramen. The shop has a modern interior centered on white, with a view of the area in front of the station. After the lunch hour, orders can be placed without waiting, and the tonkotsu broth is rich and salty.
