Kobiki

Kobiki is a ramen shop in Okayama that serves niboshi shoyu ramen and miso ramen. The niboshi broth carries a mild yuzu scent, and the miso broth is boiled down rich with iriko stock and added flavored oil. Orders are placed at a ticket machine inside, and the owner runs the eight counter seats alone. When the seats are full, food takes more than 15 minutes to arrive after ordering, which makes the lunch hour tight.
