The signature Mi Ramen uses a soy sauce tonkotsu broth with thin straight noodles, and green onions and takana can be added for free. At lunch, either a seasoned egg or extra noodles is provided as a service, while the izakaya runs from 6 PM to 10 PM and offers a two-hour all-you-can-order food and drink option. The menu selection is on the small side.
