Fujiya

Fujiya is a ramen shop near the shopping street west of Okayama Station, serving shoyu-based chuka soba and chashu men. The chuka soba comes with a mildly sweet soy broth, medium-thick straight noodles, chashu, menma, and scallions. Orders arrive in about four to six minutes, and the shop has counter seats, tables, and tatami seating in the back. The broth is light and its flavor is mild.
