Shang Pin Beef Noodle is a local Chinese noodle shop in Kaohsiung that serves hongshao beef noodles and wonton noodles. The hongshao beef noodles come with radish and soft beef in a lightly seasoned, savory broth with wide noodles. Dumplings are ordered by writing the desired number on a slip, and once seated, the curtain is drawn and the air conditioning is turned on. The first menu item comes with honeycomb tripe and tendon mixed in instead of lean meat.
