Snn is a small bistro in Kyoto that prepares Japanese local ingredients in an Italian style. It serves dishes such as cucumber gazpacho, shimesaba terrine, and lemon butter squid pasta, along with seasonal vegetables and fish. The restaurant opened in February 2024 in a machiya that is over 100 years old, and the chef prepares the food in view of the counter. Reservations are required.
