Kirameki no Tori

Kirameki no Tori is a ramen shop in Kamigyo Ward, Kyoto, serving toripaitan ramen and Taiwanese mazesoba. The toripaitan shio comes with lemon, and the Taiwanese mazesoba jikata is eaten by mixing thick noodles with spicy minced meat, then finished by mixing in rice. Orders are placed at the ticket machine at the entrance, and the noodles are made in-house daily from Hokkaido-grown Haruyokoi wheat. The line is long, and waits exceed 30 minutes even outside meal times.
