Ilho Jokbal

Ilho Jokbal is a restaurant in Myeonmok-dong, Seoul, serving jokbal and dakbal. Its jokbal is tender and has no odor, and the menu also includes bul dakbal and myeolchi noodles. The restaurant has been serving customers for more than 20 years, and the owner’s son works there as well. The dakbal has a soft texture, with the meat melting easily rather than requiring a firm bite.
