Hongeo Cheonguk

Hongeo Cheonguk is a hongeo restaurant in Seoul that serves hongeo samhap and bossam. Hongeo samhap pairs hongeo with boiled pork, and the menu also includes hongeo hoe, hongeo ae tang, and hongeo jjim. Three kinds of kimchi are served alongside: pa kimchi, gat kimchi, and aged kimchi. The hongeo is not domestically produced.
