Cheongseokgol Janchi Guksu

Cheongseokgol Janchi Guksu is a noodle restaurant in Seoul that serves bibim guksu and myeolchi janchi guksu. The bibim guksu comes with plenty of well-fermented cabbage kimchi, a mild spicy heat, and added sesame oil, and the myeolchi guksu is served with myeolchi jumeokbap. The shop smells of myeolchi when you walk in, and the noodles are boiled to order. A large portion comes with less broth and arrives cool.
