Jungang Galbi sits in front of Gwanghuimun in Seoul, within a five-minute walk from Exit 3 of Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station. The restaurant grills pork galbi, galmaegisal, and pork skin over direct charcoal briquette heat, served with chosaenggang and doenjang jjigae. On the second floor, seats look out at Gwanghuimun, which is lit at night. The briquette fire changes strength with the meat's fat, so the meat has to be turned continuously.
