Birdshop is a bar in Hwanghak-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul, that serves yakitori, Southeast Asian dishes, and natural wine. Its signature dish is chicken gizzard tacos with a spicy and sour sauce and cilantro. The beer selection includes strongly aromatic and distinctive types such as Estonian beer, and cocktails are also available. The food is on the salty side to go with the drinks.
