Seoul Library

Seoul Library is a public library converted from the old Seoul City Hall building, located at the Seoul City Hall site. It offers free access to recent books, magazines, and weekly publications, and hosts various events. On the second floor multimedia room, visitors can borrow books after registering and receiving a membership card. The fifth-floor rooftop garden Haneultteul was closed due to COVID-19 and reopened in spring 2023.
