Seoul City Hall

Seoul City Hall is the administrative building for the Seoul metropolitan government, located near City Hall Station. A new building and the old building stand together, and the old building is used as the Seoul Library while events are held in Seoul Plaza in front. On the first basement floor, the Citizens Hall has exhibition rooms, a gift shop, and spaces for rest and reading, and the Sky Garden offers views of Seoul. Apart from the Citizens Hall, there are few spaces that citizens can use.
