Myeongdong Theater

The National Theater Company of Korea's Myeongdong Theater is a performance venue near the Line Friends Square intersection in the middle of Myeongdong. Each season, various works by the National Theater Company are staged, and little street noise reaches the seats inside. The building served as the Myeongdong National Theater from 1934 to 1973, was restored over three years, and reopened in 2009. From the seats on the left and right sides, part of the stage is blocked from view.
