Jeonggwanheon sits inside Deoksugung in Seoul. The building mixes a traditional wooden paljak roof with Romanesque elements. Russian architect Sabatin designed it in 1900, and Gojong received diplomatic envoys and drank coffee and tea here. Structures now surround the walls, so the interior cannot be seen.
