Jeongdong Observatory

Jeongdong Observatory is an indoor observation deck on the 13th floor of the Seosomun Annex of Seoul City Hall, near the Deoksugung Stone Wall Path. It looks down over Deoksugung, the Jeongdong area, and Seoul City Hall. Inside, behind full-length windows, visitors can order cafe drinks and use the restroom. On weekends the window seats are crowded, making it hard to take photos.
