Gwangtonggwan is a tourist site in Jung-gu, Seoul, at 118 Namdaemun-ro. Built during the Korean Empire period, it has plum blossom patterns, the Joseon royal family emblem, carved at its entrance and on its floor. The first floor housed Cheil Bank and is also described as the site of the Jongno branch of Commercial Bank, the predecessor of Woori Bank. Descriptions differ on when it was built, with some stating it is a Japanese colonial era building.
