Dongdaemun Stadium Memorial Hall is a museum near Dongdaemun History Park and Dongdaemun Design Plaza that displays records of the old Dongdaemun Stadium. It covers the site's history from its 1925 opening as Gyeongseong Stadium, through its postwar name Seoul Stadium, to its renaming as Dongdaemun Stadium in 1985, along with materials on high school baseball, football and athletics. Outside the exhibition hall, a lighting tower from the stadium's days remains, and viewing hours run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The exhibition space is small and it is closed on weekdays.
