Cecil Theater

Gungnip Jeongdong Theater Secil is a small theater in Seoul that stages plays, located near City Hall Station Exit 3. It has operated since the late 1980s, and its small size keeps the stage in close view. The rooftop observation deck, Secilmaru, is reached by elevator and is open free of charge from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., closed on Mondays. Seating is limited.
