Cecil Maru

Secil Maru is a public rest area and observation deck built on the rooftop of the Cecil Theater in Seoul. It looks out over Deoksugung, the Anglican Church of Korea Seoul Cathedral, and Seoul City Hall. Visitors take the outside elevator on the first floor straight up to the R floor. It opened to the public in early spring 2021, and the space is small.
