Sinseongru is an old Chinese restaurant in Incheon that serves jjajangmyeon, jjamppong and tangsuyuk around Sinpo Market in Sinpo-dong and the Dongincheon area. The tangsuyuk comes with a crisp fried coating and soft, chewy meat, and the ganjjajang has a strong chunjang flavour without being very sweet. The jjamppong is served with a rich, refreshing broth and seafood, and the fried rice comes with jjajang on the side. Compared with the tangsuyuk, the jjajang and jjamppong are ordinary.
