Xin is a Chinese restaurant in Incheon's Chinatown. It serves jajangmyeon, jjamppong, and gunmandu. The restaurant is a directly operated branch run by chef Yu Bangnyeong, and the dan dan noodles come topped with a mound of bean sprouts. The sweet and sour pork is fried past the usual point, making it crisp like a cracker.
