Gonghwachun

Gonghwachun Chinatown 1st Branch is a Chinese restaurant in Incheon Chinatown serving Chinese dishes, including Gonghwachun jjajangmyeon. Its signature dishes are Gonghwachun jjajangmyeon, tangsuyuk, and jjamppong. The restaurant began operating in 1905 and is known for its Korean reinterpretation of Chinese-style jakjangmyeon as jjajangmyeon. The jjajangmyeon noodles can be served dry or overcooked.
