Soniga Eojuk Kalguksu

Soni Ga Eojuk Kalguksu is an eojuk kalguksu restaurant in Jung-gu, Daejeon. It serves green buchu kalguksu noodles in a rich eojuk broth, and also sells jokbal and bossam. Eojuk and eojuk kalguksu can be ordered mixed together, and the dish is eaten while it keeps boiling so the broth does not cool. On weekends, the roadside parking lot and the dedicated parking lot are often full.
