Phantom Pan Steak

Phantom Pan Steak is a steak restaurant in Eunhaeng-dong, Daejeon. It serves pork collar, tenderloin and tosisal steaks along with meatball omurice. The restaurant is on the second floor of a building inside Daejeon Jungang Market, and the meat arrives in a heated cast-iron pan. The steak comes out rare and has to be cooked further in the pan, so eating it well-done is difficult.
