Madang Kalguksu

Madang Kalguksu is a noodle restaurant in Daejeon that serves kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) and budae jjigae. Although it specializes in kalguksu, it also has budae jjigae on the menu, and its Daejeon-style kalguksu is mild. It also serves deulkkae sujebi (hand-torn dough soup) and suyuk, while the jjukkumi is spicy. The kalguksu is ordinary and has no distinctive features.
