Hosu Sikdang

Hosu Sikdang is a frozen samgyeopsal restaurant in Daejeon. It serves maeuntang with squid and bokkeumbap, and diners fry rice themselves on the grill plate used for the meat. The restaurant has been open for over 30 years in an old house, with seating divided between chairs and floor seats. The meat itself has few distinguishing features.
