Gongju Sundae Gukbap

Gongju Sundae Gukbap is a sundae specialty restaurant in Seonhwa-dong, Daejeon, serving clear sundae guk and spicy sundae guk. The sundae is chewy with no odor, and the spicy sundae guk comes with it. At lunchtime it is crowded enough that there are no seats, and boiled liver is served as a complimentary item with refills available. The broth is seasoned with basic dadegi and pa-muchin seasoning.
