Seongsimdang Flying Pan is an Italian restaurant in Daejeon's Eunhaeng-dong, run directly by Seongsimdang, serving oven-baked pizza and pasta. The pizza dough is crisp and chewy, and the meal also includes vongole, risotto, bread before the meal, and roll cake for dessert. Reservations can be made through Naver, and the walk from the Ian Hospital outdoor parking lot to the restaurant takes under five minutes. Portions are on the small side.
