Nog-Yang

Nogyang is a mungti-gi restaurant near Jungang-ro in Daegu. The thick beef rump mungti-gi is dipped in a sauce made with dried chili and garlic, and yukhoe, raw liver and cheonyeop are served alongside. In the evening the wait can run about 30 minutes, and you park at Gyeongsang Gamyeong Public Parking Lot and walk over. Prices are on the higher side, and the odeuregi has weak char and little oil.
