Doma 29

Doma 29 is a sushi restaurant in the alleys of Dongseongno in Daegu, serving salmon and flounder sushi and scattered rice bowls. You can choose how many pieces of salmon sushi are served raw and how many are seared with a torch, and order flounder as well. As your turn approaches, staff take your order in advance, so the food comes out quickly once you are seated at the table. The wait runs 20 minutes in the outdoor alley and 5 minutes longer indoors, and the order of the wait is confusing.
