Miseongdang Napjak Mandu Main Branch is a simple eatery in Namsan-dong, Jung-gu, Daegu, serving napjak mandu filled with dangmyeon and jjolmyeon. The napjak mandu is grilled rather than fried, and the typical combination is to wrap it with jjolmyeon after sprinkling soy sauce and gochutgaru from the table. During meal times you may wait for a seat, pickled radish is self-service, and the jjolmyeon is cut into small pieces with scissors before it comes out. The jjolmyeon seasoning is on the salty side.
