Yuseong Silbi

Yuseong Silbi is a silbi restaurant in Busan that serves grilled mackerel baekban and hoe and sushi. The grilled mackerel baekban is grilled rather than fried, and each serving comes with half a fish. The owner runs the place alone, so some of the ordered dishes sometimes do not arrive. The flounder hoe comes in a small portion.
