Seokgi Sidae is a long-standing restaurant in a narrow alley in Jung-gu, Busan, not far from Busan Station, serving gunmandu, mandu-guk and ohyang jangyuk. The gunmandu are packed with filling and crisp on the outside, and the ohyang jangyuk comes with plenty of garlic and cucumber. Arriving early, you can watch the owner wrapping dumplings by hand, and takeout is available. The small dining room has only a few tables, there is no parking, and reaching it requires a short walk.
