Ramuyaae is a lamb barbecue restaurant in the back alleys off the Jungang-dong intersection in Busan. It serves only one item: teukyang galbi gui, grilled lamb ribs prepared in a Korean style. The lamb comes from animals under six months old, which leaves the meat with almost no gamey smell. The owner sets the table himself and communicates with foreign customers across the language barrier.
