Ppong Sashimi

Ppong Sashimi is a hoe restaurant between Busan Station and Jungang-dong Station that serves assorted hoe and tuna courses. The meal runs in sequence from sea bream, flounder and salmon hoe with abalone and conch to fried dishes, a hot pot, and rice with fish roe and jiri-tang. All seats are divided into private rooms or partitioned spaces, and dishes arrive without pause to match the pace of the meal. Reservations are required before visiting.
