Oksung Banjeom is a small neighborhood Chinese restaurant in Bosu-dong, Busan. Its ganjjajang comes with crisp onion and a soft-boiled egg, and its tangsuyuk is served with thick meat and a crispy batter. Jjamppong is also on the menu, and the ganjjajang noodles are chewy with the starch well removed. The tangsuyuk sauce is very sweet.
