Mugunghwa

Mugunghwa is a long-standing meat restaurant in Jungang-dong, Busan, serving mandu jeongol and shabu-shabu together. The mandu jeongol contains two hand-made dumplings, noodles, beef, and vegetables, with a light but deep broth that is refilled without limit. After the dumplings are finished, the broth is taken aside to make juk, served one bowl at a time. Prices are on the high side.
