Miryang Hoetjip

Milyang Hoetjip sits in the alleys of Bupyeong Market near Jagalchi in Busan, serving wild-caught hoe and hoebibimbap. The hoebibimbap, its signature dish, comes topped with maesil jangajji and is served with banchan. The building's first floor is mostly a small hoetjip center, and the hoebibimbap can be turned into mulhoe by adding water. Maeuntang is served free of charge.
