Jungang Gomtang

Jungang Gomtang is an old gomtang restaurant in Jungang-dong, Busan, serving gomtang and suyuk. Its signature gomtang comes with a thick, dark broth that has been boiled for a long time, and the yangsubaek contains tender, chewy yang. On weekends, arriving at 10 a.m. still meant receiving ticket number 30, and the waiting list closed at 10:15 a.m. A strong, gamey broth smell reaches from the entrance.
