Jin-Ajib

Jinajip is a market restaurant inside Yeongju Market in Busan, within walking distance of Busan Station, serving kalguksu and gimbap. The kalguksu is boiled to order and served in a rich anchovy broth with kkakdugi on the side. The restaurant opened with the market and has continued for over fifty years, and from a seat you can watch the dough being kneaded, the noodles cut, and the noodles dropped into the cauldron. The gimbap is served warm.
