Jeil Hoejip

Jeil Hoetjip is a restaurant in Jagalchi, Busan, serving gomjangeo and grilled fish. The grilled fish is cooked without a fishy taste and is seasoned so it is not salty. On hot days, meals are served indoors with air conditioning. After the gomjangeo, rice is fried in the remaining seasoning and served with perilla leaf and garlic.
