Hwahwachon

Hwahwachon is a Korean restaurant in Nampo-dong and Bupyeong-dong that serves hongeo samhap, pairing fermented hongeo with kimchi such as pa kimchi and gat kimchi. It handles Heuksando hongeo and aged hongeo hoe, and the degree of fermentation is central to the restaurant. The smell of hongeo makes it difficult to eat for those not used to it.
