Hongseong

Hongseong is an old neighborhood Chinese restaurant near the Komodo Hotel in Busan that serves jjajangmyeon. The jjajangmyeon is stir-fried in a home-style way, and the food is not salty or strongly seasoned. Lunch customers come here, and the space is somewhat worn but clean. The menu also includes gochujapchae and dishes with a lot of seafood.
